The Events agenda shows you, as one more date, everything within reach: the workshops and outings run by photographers who teach in your area, and at the bottom the photo shops and services. Each one with its own card, and a direct line to whoever runs it.

What it has

• Workshops and outings with date, place, price and how many km away they are
• Shops and services: gear, rentals, developing and repairs, with a phone number and directions
• Online courses by photographers, in the Courses tab of Learn
• If you run a shop, a service or an event, you add it from the app

How to use Nearby

It's the same help you get inside the app. In case you want to read it before downloading, or out in the field with barely any signal.

1. 1See what's around

   Open Events: the number on the tab tells you how many workshops are nearby. They show up in the agenda by date, and only the ones within reach, with how many km away they are.

2. 2Open the card

   Tap a card and you'll see what it's about, when and where it is, what it costs and who runs it. The button takes you straight to that person: WhatsApp, email or their website.

3. 3For a shop: get there and call

   Each shop's card has the address, the phone number, the Instagram and «Directions», which opens your maps app.

4. 4Add yours

   At the bottom, «Run a shop, a service or an event? Add it». For a shop the name and a Google Maps link is enough; we'll write back shortly.
